PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system allowing the system of the reception opposite party to forcibly take out an electronic mail, in a system for the electronic mail. SOLUTION: A telephone number/mail address storage means of this information processing system associates and stores a telephone number and a mail address. A telephone reception means receives telephone, and extracts a telephone number of the telephone. When receiving the telephone by the telephone reception means, an electronic mail reception means receives the electronic mail from a mail server according to the mail address stored in the telephone number/mail address storage means corresponding to the telephone number of the telephone.
