LIGHT INCIDENCE DEVICE FOR FLAT DISPLAY USING LIGHT WAVEGUIDE

PURPOSE: A light incidence device for flat display using light waveguide is provided to make incidence of the light to the light waveguide efficiently also in case that the number of the light waveguide is big and the distance of the waveguide is narrow. CONSTITUTION: A light incidence device for flat display using light waveguide includes a light waveguide(56), a prism(52), an optical fiber(50), a supporting portion(54) and a board(58). A lot of prisms(52) are located on an appointed position of each light waveguide(56) on the board(58) and make incidence of the light to the light waveguide(56). A lot of optical fibers(50) induce the light generated from the external light source to the prism(52). The supporting portion(54) fixes a lot of optical fibers(50).
