<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a chemical substance, in which work required for management of an enterpriser can be reduced and strict management business from the various viewpoints is performed. SOLUTION: In materials or product handled by an enterpriser, discharged amount in a discharging and moving site of every chemical substance is calculated by a request of the enterpriser. Or, the discharged amount in the discharging and moving site of every specified chemical substance is calculated and furthermore the enterpriser makes a report presented to government and municipal offices. Furthermore, the report is presented to the government and municipal offices instead of the enterpriser. Or, such information is provided that the discharged amount of the chemical substance discharged by the enterpriser on the basis of the calculated result can be reduced. Or, it is judged whether the calculated result exceeds the prescribed discharging and moving amount. Or, it is judged whether the enterpriser is an enterpriser necessitating the report of managed substance on the basis of the calculated result.</p> |
