PURPOSE:To prevent the fatigue of a toner due to movement of unnecessary toner and to keep the sensitivity of a sensor, by supplying sufficient toner at all times with increased flowing outlet corresponding to the toner sensor. CONSTITUTION:A notch section 20 is provided at a toner flowing outlet 19 at the lower part of a partition plate 4 of a development agent toner pool 1 and much toner can flow by this part, and the toner flowing from the upper part of a partition plate 14 to a density sensor 15 can be assured for sufficient amount partially, which is scraped off at a doctor 12 via a toner pumping up sleeve 2 and a development sleeve 3. |
