<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system, capable of offering a service more convenient for a user and a control method of the computer system effectively making use of the opportunity of a user visiting a store again. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system includes a system server and at least one store terminal, lends a portable terminal which can communicate with the system server, when the user visits the store, and offers given service, on the basis of the processing request input from the lent portable terminal. The system server receives at least one order information of the service or merchandise input from the portable terminal via a network, stores the received order information, by relating to ordering person identification information which can identify the ordering person, and transmits to the prescribed store terminal at prescribed timing.
