PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of slaked and unslaked lime having high reactivity and organic calcium fertilizer functioning calcium fertilizer and organic fertilizer by using lime sludge and organic waste. CONSTITUTION: The calcium fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: (i) firing lime sludge over 500deg.C to obtain calcined lime(CaO); (ii) adding 5-40pts.wt. of solids of organic waste to 100pts.wt. of CaO formed from step (i) or adding 5-200pts.wt. of CaO formed from the step (i) to 100pts.wt. of solids of organic waste, wherein CaO is used as a binder; (iii) forming; (iv) drying it with hydration heat of the step (i). The one or more of additives selected from steel making slag, wallaby, graphite, saw dust, compost, organic, one or more of deodorants selected from zeolite, elvan, bentonite, diatomic earth, charcoal, etc., and dechlorinating agent such as CaCO3, CaCl2, natural gypsum or FGD gypsum are optionally added to the step (ii). The liquid slaked lime(Ca(OH)2) is manufactured by the following steps of: preparing Ca(OH)2 powder through hydration by adding 18-25pts.wt. of water per 56pts.wt.of unslaked lime(CaO) from the step(i); preparing liquid Ca(OH)2 by adding more than 18pts.wt. of water per 56pts.wt. of unslaked lime(CaO) from the step(i); wet milling; sieving; drying and milling. |
