ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER

PURPOSE:To provide a toner having a wide temp. range for fixing without causing hot offset. CONSTITUTION:The binder resin of the toner is a polyester resin containing THF- insoluble component and has a network structure formed by mechanical molecular cutting. The toner compsn. shows such rheology characteristics as 5X10<5>-1X10<7>dyne/cm<2> storage elasticity modulus (G') at 70-120 deg.C and 1X10<3>-1X10<5>dyne/cm<2> loss elasticity modulus (G'') at 130-180 deg.C for 10-100Hz frequency.
