A method for a terminal communicating based on radio access level bearer splitting between a plurality of communication systems in a network in which the plurality of communication systems are linked, according to the present invention, may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to a base station of a first communication system, measurement information related to at least one base station of a second communication system, and an indicator indicating whether the radio access level bearer splitting is supported by the terminal; and receiving, from the base station of the first communication system, configuration information related to the radio access level bearer splitting, when determination has been made to split, on the radio access level, a bearer for allowing the base station of the first communication system to communicate with the second communication system and the terminal, according to the measurement information and the indicator. |
