PURPOSE: A device for roasting meat is provided, which structure can be simplified with being equipped with various devices as one body, and thus can reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: The device for roasting meat is characterized by being comprised of: a part for refilling a cool water; a flow meter for checking the remaining amount of the cool water; a container(36) for receiving waste-water and oil from a roasting board(32) with a slanted part and a bent part; an air duct for controlling the strength of the flame; a fan for cooling a device for exchanging heat; and a ventilating fan for supplying air to a container for charcoal.
