PURPOSE:To fix the time from the pressurization to discharge in the dispenser for discharging a high viscous material in a cylinder with air pressure by inserting a piston into the cylinder so that the volume of the hollow part in the cylinder is made almost constant. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized air delivered from the outside is introduced into a cylinder 3 through an air tube 11, hence a plunger 4 is lowered, and a high viscous material 5 is discharged from a nozzle 6. At this time, a pipe driving part 12A is actuated in linkage with the supply of the pressurized air, and a piston 13 integrated with a pipe 12 is lowered so that the volume of the hollow part in the cylinder 3 is made almost constant. The piston 13 is thus inserted into the cylinder 3 in linkage with the pressurization of the dispenser while keeping the distance from the plunger 4 constant, hence the discharge of the high viscous material is kept almost constant, and the time from the pressurization to discharge is always fixed. |
