A storage space (10) for soap is provided in the pipe-shaped rod (1), whereby a filling opening (11) is built in an upper end region and a dosing unit (4) for the soap is built in the lower end region. The rod is held by brackets at a distance from the side wall, whereby the dosing unit is located in the lower bracket (3) while the filling opening is built in the region of the upper wall bracket (2). The rod has a flare (12,13) at each end region, where each flare has a radial bore (14) for receiving a screw and attaching to the wall, while on the opposite side releases (15) are provided. The dosing unit is provided with a connection stub (40) with an O-ring (400), and is sealingly plugged into the lowering flare.
