The present invention relates to a remote control torch equipped with a GMAW double wire reel which is widely used in a ship, a vehicle, and a construction machinery or other heavy industrial fields; and plays a role of facilitating continuous welding in accordance with a welding condition variable without stopping welding during a work by inserting an electric wire connected to a welding current and an arc voltage into a torch cable as a welding machine used is used alot in an industrial site. As such, the remote control torch is configured to perform work by attaching a remote control volume to the remote control torch to remotely control at a long distance. Also, the double wire reel is operated sequentially by a toggle switch at the remote control torch. The remote control torch is able to be rotated by 180 degrees since a welding wire reel used to supply a welding wire to the welding machine is installed in a shaft fixing plate, and two wire reels are able to be installed in one wire feeding body on a symmetric plane of a reel rotation shaft on the shaft fixing plate. Moreover, the remote control torch is able to prevent a welding fault due to rapid heating and rapid cooling in advance and is able to reduce a replacement movement time for replacing and installing the wire reel, and is able to improve quality, reduce costs, and improve productivity by improving a wire feeding device structure by reducing a length of a connection cable as the remote control torch is able to perform welding without stopping the welding by being able to use two wire reels both ways by installing a double reel stop pin and a double reel separation fixing nut to prevent separation. |
