PURPOSE: A protection cover for a heating pipe arrangement or duct and a manufacturing method thereof are provided not to be burned at a fire, not to get moldy and not to be discolored. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the protection cover for the heating pipe arrangement or duct comprises the steps of: applying a noncombustible adhesive layer(2) on an aluminium foil layer(1); firstly drying the adhesive layer while transferring the layer at a temperature of 60 to 130 deg.C and a speed of 60 to 80 m/minute; combining the layer and a glass fiber layer(3); and applying nephrite powders(4) onto the glass fiber layer and aging it at a temperature of 50 to 70 deg.C for 48 hours, wherein the powders are processed into 200 mesh and stirred with a liquid binder.
