PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording disk reproducible by a DVD-ROM drive similarly to a DVD-ROM disk with a phase transition recording disk. SOLUTION: Plural recording pitches of a low reflection phase are provided on a phase transition recording medium spirally, concentricall or in parallel as an information track of a pit line while leaving an unrecorded area consisting of a high reflection phase. This phase transition recording medium is constituted so that the reflectance of the high reflection phase is 15%-40%, the reflectance of the low reflection phase is 0-0.4 times of the reflectance of the high reflection phase, the track pitch is 0.40 μm-0.84 μm and the pit width is 0.7-1.2 times of a reproducing spot size half-value width, and the pit line is recorded while track-controlling by using a tracking error signal from a guide groove. |
