摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract a tubular tissue such as a blood vessel or the like in a medical image. SOLUTION: This medical image processor 300 is constituted so as to acquire three-dimensional volume data from a modality 100 to designate the start point, end point and the like of a blood vessel to be extracted, to successively designate space regions centering around the designated start point, to convert the respective designated space regions to three-dimensional images while a continuous region is specified, to further set the threshold range of a CT value to change a threshold value within the set range and to calculate the change of the continuous region corresponding to a change in the threshold value to develop the unit blood vessel image in each of the respective space regions on the basis of the change ratio of the continuous region. Further, the medical image processor 300 is constituted so that the unit blood vessel images developed in the respective space regions are coupled to form the three-dimensional image showing the target blood vessel to display the same on a display device.
