<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terestrial digital broadcasting relay system which can execute the stable terestrial digital relay regardless of weather changes, and at the same time, which does not cause problems such as the sneak of the transmission radio waves at a transmitting station, since digital signals from a broadcasting station are transmitted through an optical fiber cable by converting the digital signals to the optical signals. <P>SOLUTION: The terestrial digital broadcasting relay system is constituted of a means for converting electrical signals of a broadcast program to be broadcasted from the broadcasting station to the optical signals, a means for transmitting the converted optical signals to a first transmitting station via the optical fiber cable connected from the broadcasting station to the first transmitting station, a means for converting the optical signals received at the first transmitting station to the electrical signals, a means for converting to the signals receivable with antennas of houses or the like, and a means for transmitting the converted signals from the antenna of the first transmitting station as the terestrial digital radio waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
