PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make wiring connected to a terminal of a light-emitting device hard to move.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 10 includes a surface light-emitting member 100 and a frame member 300. The surface light-emitting member 100 has a light-emitting part 110. The frame member 300 is superposed on a surface opposite from a light radiation surface out of the surface light-emitting member 100. A groove part 330 is provided at the frame member 300. The groove part 330 is provided so as to draw out wiring connected to external terminals 220, 222 to the outside of the frame member 300. Then, at the frame member 300, a limit part is provided.
