PURPOSE: A method for mending mold for glass products in CRT is provided to improve productivity by reducing a heat treatment time in case of performing heat treatment of mold. CONSTITUTION: A method for mending mold for glass products comprises a step(S10,S20) of setting an overlay welding amount of abrasion portion in mold constituted by a ferrite stainless steel, a step(S30,S40) of overlay welding the abrasion portion in mold by using a welding rod constituted by steel as a major material, C 0.08wt% less, Si 1.0 wt% less, S 0.03 wt% less, Mn 2.0 wt% less, P 0.04 wt% less, Cr 22.0-24.0wt%, and Ni 12.0-15.0wt%, and a step(S50) of finishing the welded portion with a desired size.
