A driver for driving a plasma display panel is provided to perform discharge by adjusting the slope of falling ramp pulses among reset pulses according to the temperature of the plasma display panel. A driver for driving a plasma display panel includes a falling ramp pulse generator(609) for generating falling ramp pulses whose slope is adjusted according to temperature, to be applied to first electrodes among plural electrodes during a reset period. The falling ramp pulse generator includes a first voltage source(Vnf), a first voltage switching element(S11), a resistor, and a thermistor. The first voltage switching element which is connected between the first voltage source and a first node(N1), delivers a falling ramp pulse decreased gradually up to a first voltage to the first node. The resistor and thermistor are connected to a control electrode of the first voltage switching element.
