Process for obtaining the wild natural human receptor for oestrogens, characterised by the culturing of recombinant cells incorporating the DNA coding for the wild natural human receptors for oestrogens comprising a glycine in position 400 under the control of a component ensuring the expression of this DNA in the cells in question, and by the purification of the said receptor if necessary.
