PURPOSE:To obtain a binder usable in one-pack printing ink compositions, excellent in adherability, boiling resistance and storage stability by incorporating a polyurethane resin with a specified amount of a compound having a derivative from e.g. oxazolinyl group. CONSTITUTION:The binder can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt., on a solid basis, of a polyurethane resin prepared by reaction between (1) a polymeric polyol such as polyether polyol, (2) a diisocyanate compound such as 1,5-naphthylene diisocyanate and (3) a chain extender such as ethylenediamine with (B) 0.01-50 (pref. 0.5-20) pts.wt. of a compound having in the molecule at least one group, i.e., oxazolinyl group and/or derivative therefrom (e.g. 2- oxazoline). |
