SOLUTION: To provide a water-containing chocolate-like food having gummy-like texture in a freezing temperature range, and a manufacturing method thereof.EFFECT: There is provided a water-containing chocolate-like food containing a gelatinizer of 0.1 to 5.0 wt.%, monosaccharide of 10 to 50 wt.% and water content of 10 to 50 wt.% and having gummy-like texture in a freezing temperature range. There is provided a manufacturing method of the water-containing chocolate-like food by mixing a water phase part containing fresh cream and a gelatinizer and the monosaccharide of 10 to 60 wt.%. There is provided a manufacturing method of the water-containing chocolate-like food for frozen dessert freezing the water-containing chocolate-like food.SELECTED DRAWING: None
