After that, at a point of time when a 10-th normal winning device winning command is received, a normal winning counter is counted up by 1 when a winning information RAM remaining time counter on the setting destination side is 0. When the counter is not 0, the abnormal winning counter is counted up by 1, and the abnormal winning counter is counted down by 1 when the normal winning counter reaches 10.
