PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false adhesive sheet which can make the surface flat and improve printability, and is easily re-releasable and exhibits little curling on its released paper. SOLUTION: An information entry paper 2 is stuck on a substrate paper 1 with a false adhesive which has different adhesive forces on its peripheral edge part E and on its central part C surrounded with the peripheral edge part E, and the adhesive force is stronger at the peripheral edge part E than at the central part C.
