PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out chips in one direction without using separate independent power by additionally providing sweep-out members at a rotating endless member that can be moved in one direction by a traction member. SOLUTION: When a table 5 moves, a conveyor chain 7 is rotated clockwise by engagement between the conveyor chain 7 and a first sprocket 8 that cannot be rotated counterclockwise. Scraping plates 10 of the conveyor chain 7 therefore discharge chips 11 on a bed 6 toward a chip bucket 2. When the table 5 returns, the conveyor chain 7 is rotated again clockwise by engagement between the conveyor chain 7 and a second sprocket 9 that cannot be rotated counterclockwise. The scraping plates 10 of the conveyor chain 7 therefore discharge chips on the bed 6 toward the chip bucket 2. |
