PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform crushing work of reinforced concrete, provide a magnetic device attracting reinforced bars or metal pieces such as steel scraps peeled from a mass of the crushed reinforced concrete and increase attraction force of the magnetic device, in a construction machine attachment mounted to a boom tip of a hydraulic shovel etc., mainly in a crusher. SOLUTION: This device comprises magnetic poles 1, a yoke plate 2 and winding 3. The three magnetic poles 1 are arranged in series at predetermined intervals, and excited asymmetrically. The three magnetic poles 1 are referred to as a first magnetic pole 1, second magnetic pole 1 and third magnetic pole 1, respectively. Excitation of the first magnetic pole 1 is made to be north pole or south pole, and excitation of the second and third magnetic poles 1 is made to be south pole or north pole reverse to the excitation of the first magnetic pole 1.
