<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content certificated electronic mail system and a content certification method capable of dealing with image data. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving content certification request mail attached with an image file, the authentication of the content certification request mail is performed. When it is authenticated, the original and a copy of the image file attached to the content certification request mail are generated and numbered, the original is delivered to a destination of the content certification request mail, and the copy is delivered to a transmission source of the content certification request mail.
