PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce centrifugal force of a drive part in high speed operation to improve durability and reduce sliding loss, and effectively reduce leak loss in the whole operation range. SOLUTION: A fixed scroll part 5 and a rotary scroll part 6 are formed of metal materials of different thermal expansion coefficients, and lap thickness T1 of the one having the larger thermal expansion coefficient is set to be thicker than the one having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient. A lengthwise inclination is provided in a raised end 4c of a spiral lap 4c having the larger thermal expansion coefficient in such a way that a thrust direction gap G between the spiral lap 4 in the scroll part 6 having the larger thermal expansion coefficient and an end plate 1 in the scroll part 5 having the smaller thermal expansion coefficient is increased from the outer circumferential side to the center side for achieving above purpose.
