A method for providing a coordination service by using an avatar and a system thereof are provided to select an avatar matched with a kind of a product that a member selects and coordinate the product on the selected avatar, thereby increasing product purchase satisfaction of a member. A connected member is authenticated(S101). Product information is provided so that the authenticated member searches a product that the member wants to purchase(S102). If the member selects a product that the member wants to purchase by the product information, an avatar matched with a kind of the selected product is selected among avatars according to a kind of the selected product(S103). The product that the member selects is applied to the selected avatar to form an avatar image(S104). The formed avatar image is displayed to the member(S105). The product information is received from an external product database provider and provided to the member. An actual face of the member is applied to the avatar. |
