PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding auxiliary assembly, a mold device and a molding method.SOLUTION: A mold 1 forms a storage space 11, a molding surface 12 is provided on the mold 1, and an opening hole 121 communicated to the storage space 11 is installed on the molding surface 12. A molding auxiliary assembly 2 comprises a molding auxiliary member 21 and an actuation member 22. The molding auxiliary member 21 is installed at the opening hole 121 corresponding to the mold 1, and the actuation member 22 is inserted into the storage space 11 of the mold 1 and controls protrusion or retreat of the molding auxiliary member 21 to the molding surface 12. Therefore the molding surface 12 of the mold 1 is modified, production of a member whose shape is relatively complicated is facilitated, and die cutting of a member is not interfered. The member can be formed into a required shape without being subjected to secondary processing of several times, production cost can be efficiently reduced, and yield of a member is enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
