PURPOSE:To supply a voltage required by an auxiliary ship propeller by switching a plurality of operating batteries from a parallel connection to a series connection through a relay means when the main switch is opened. CONSTITUTION:A starting battery 2 for a main ship propeller 1, and operating 12V batteries 5, 6 for an auxiliary ship propeller 4 (working voltage: 24V) are provided, and at least two operating batteries are provided. When a main switch 3 of the propeller 1 is closed, the plurality of batteries 5, 6 are connected in parallel with the propeller 1 through relay means 7, 8, and charged by a generator of a main outboard unit 1. When the switch 3 is opened, the batteries 5, 6 are connected in series with the propeller 4 through the means 7, 8. Thus, the batteries 5, 6 of the propeller 4 can be maintained in an optimum wiring state in response to the state of the propeller l.
