WATER-BASE PRINTING INK COMPOSITION FOR PACKAGING SURFACE PRINTING AND PACKAGING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain a water-base printing ink composition having excellent adhesion to a plastic film or aluminum, excellent heat resistance and excellent water resistance. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises a binder which is a water-based polyurethane resin prepared by reacting an isocyanato polymer obtained by reacting a compound having at least one ionic functional group and at least two isocyanato-reactive groups with a compound having polyoxyethylene units and an organic polyisocyanat with a polyhydrazide compound and a polyamine compound other than th polyhyedrazide and having 5-180meq./100g of the resin, ionic functional groups and at most 20wt.% polyoxyethylene units. A plastic film or aluminum is printed with this composition to obtain a packaging material.
