A communication method and a communication apparatus using soft decision are provided to reduce communication overhead by organically operating a decoder and a demodulator of a receiving terminal with a random linear coding block. First code blocks which are random linearly coded are arranged according to the priority of the soft decision level. The first code block set comprised according to the priority of the soft decision level among the first code blocks is random linearly decoded. In a random linear decoding process of the first code block set, if the error occurs in the first code block set, the code block with the low soft decision among the code block included in the first code block set is replaced with the other first code block and a second code block set is comprised. The second code block set is random linearly decoded.
