Disclosed is a coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble composition which can retain a stable emulsified state for a prolonged time of period at a temperature ranging from a low temperature to ambient temperature and has a high bioavailability including the capability of effective supply. A coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble composition comprising coenzyme Q₁₀, a hydrophilic polyglycerin fatty acid ester, a lipophilic sucrose fatty acid ester and an aqueous phase; a process for producing the composition; a coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble dried powder which is produced by drying the coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble composition; and a food, functional food, beverage, pharmaceutical preparation, medicated cosmetic, cosmetic or animal feed prepared using the coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble composition or coenzyme Q₁₀-containing water-soluble dried powder.
