A hydraulic clutch is provided to create balance hydraulic pressure in a limit space by causing one end of a balance wall to contact the outer diameter part of a piston, which is made separately from a movable part of the balance wall. A hydraulic clutch comprises a connection hub(112), a clutch retainer(110), a piston(115), operation plates, friction disks, and a balance wall(150). The connection hub is arranged on an input shaft(105). The clutch retainer is installed at the top of the connection hub, and makes a clutch space. A piston chamber(120) is interposed between the piston and the clutch retainer. The piston is operated by hydraulic pressure input in the piston chamber. The operation plates are pressed axially by the piston. The friction disks and the operation plates are installed alternately. The balance wall is manufactured independently and located opposite to the piston chamber of the piston. A balance chamber(180) is interposed between the piston and the balance wall. The balance wall includes a fixed part(160) and a movable part(155). The fixed part is attached to the connection hub. The movable part contacts the top part of the fixed part at one end and the outer diameter part of the piston at the other end. The movable part moves along with the piston axially.
