An integral wastewater disposal apparatus is provided to simplify a pipe line by integrally employing a flow controlling tub, an anaerobic tank, an anoxic chamber, an aeration tank, and a ditch type filter tub in a cylinder type structure in no need of installing a drain chamber and a drain pump. An integral wastewater disposal apparatus comprises the following units. A flow controlling tub is formed inside a cylinder type structure. A plurality of aeration tanks connects air to wastewater processed in a anoxic tub. An inlet pipe transfers water of the flow controlling tub to a lower part of a complex reactor(200). The complex reactor discharges surplus sludge from the bottom.
