The present invention relates to a separator for a fuel cell having an improved structure which can prevent distortion due to the temperature change and a fuel cell stack comprising the same. The separator for a fuel cell comprises: a separator main body having at least one gas hole; and at least one rail unit which reinforces a region reacting with reaction gas of a fuel cell in the separator main body.
