PURPOSE: To avoid the chipping on the surface side of a ceramic circuit substrate when a printed circuit is formed or inspected for making alignment of a ceramic circuit substrate whithin the ceramic substrate to be manufactured separating an ambient blank part integrally provided. CONSTITUTION: Respective sides AOa, AOb, AOc, AOd on the whole periphery of a ceramic circuit substrate AO are formed making slight outward oblique angles with the surface of the ceramic circuit substrate. |
