PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from jumping out of a magazine by minimizing a mechanism on a moving holder and also to optimally set up timing of preven tion of jumping out of the disk and ejection of the disk out of the magazine. SOLUTION: When the magazine M is loaded into the holder 12 at the time when the holder 12 is positioned inside a case 11, a side plate 11b of the case 11 is positioned opposite to an operating part Tc of the magazine M as a regulating part X via a distanceδ. A mechanism for holding the disk so that the disk does not out, is provided in the magazine M, and even when the operating part Tc is moved by the distanceδ, holding the disk in the magazine M is not released. Consequently, the disk is not jumped out at the time of loading the magazine M. When the holder 12 is moved in the direction of a right arrow in the figure, the operating part Tc is separated from the regulating part X, and the operating part Tc can be driven by an ejection driving lever 41, and an intermediate driving member 35, so that the disk in the magazine M can be ejected out.
