A prefabricated ladder and a construction method of a prefabricated ladder are provided to install a prefabricated ladder to a structure easily and to solidify the coupling structure of a ladder, to prevent corrosion and to minimize the number of holes on a form for assembling a ladder. A prefabricated ladder(1) comprises a laying assembly(10) buried under a manhole and composed of a pair of assembly bodies(12) provided with a ladder body housing(12a) assembled with a ladder body and a fastener(18) formed to fix the body to a structure molding die, and a ladder body(30) projected to the manhole and assembled to the ladder body housing of the laying assembly. A construction method of a prefabricated ladder comprises the steps of: fixing a laying assembly of a prefabricated ladder to a form horizontally and strongly by connecting bodies of laying assemblies strongly with connectors, and penetrating a fastener through a bolt hole formed on a mold for forming a concrete manhole and fastening with a fastening nut(18a); and forming a manhole by placing and curing concrete to the form, unfastening the nut and separating the form from the manhole, and inserting an insert of a ladder body to a housing of the assembly body buried under the manhole tightly.
