PURPOSE: To provide eel hamburg steak which is a novel food product whose flavor is significantly different from that of hamburg steak which is a conventional meat product, and eel hamburger using the same eel hamburg steak.CONSTITUTION: There is provided eel hamburg steak produced by mixing in a single container, minced meat of eel, spices, wheat flour or bread crumb, egg, finely chopped onion which is heated, skin of eel which is heated and then made into a grain-state or powder-state, and sauce of the eel, and kneading them until viscousness is generated, then, molding into a predetermined shape and cooking, in which, the sauce of eel is added to a surface of the eel hamburg steak. The eel hamburger which is formed by sandwiching the eel hamburg steak with two pieces of bread, is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
