PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for testing use enabling a reagent to be put to reaction with a specimen while keeping the reagent's activity high enough. SOLUTION: The chip 10 for testing use is characterized by that the main body 1 is furnished with a first well 2 for housing a specimen-containing specimen liquid, a second well 3 housed with the solid reagent 5 reactive with a specimen, a first opening 2a for making the first well 2 open to the air, a second opening 3a for making the second well 3 open to the air, and a flow channel 4 connecting the first well 2 and the second well 3 with each other.
