<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management device that can circulate an electronic document without a troublesome procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The workflow management device has a reader specification part 14 for managing a circulation status of an electronic document registered in a registration reception part 12 and referring to workflow information registered in the registration reception part 12 to specify the next reader, and a notification part 15 for sending an electronic document circulation notification to a user terminal of the next reader specified by the reader specification part 14; and when receiving an electronic document circulation request from the user terminal of the next reader to whom the notification part 15 has sent the circulation notification, permits a check through the electronic document registered in the registration reception part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
