PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processes by making an electrode covering layer, which has a two-layer structure, into a one-layer structure of an electricity inductive layer by simple screen-printing. SOLUTION: The electricity induction layer and the protection layer are formed simultaneously by screen-printing after mixing a cathode material into the electricity induction layer, and after firing it, the cathode material mixed in it is made to be exposed by grinding its surface mechanically.
