An optical device having a micro lens is provided to reducing reflected light by forming an unevenness part of a nano structure on the surface of a lens upon which light is incident. A photodiode obtains signal charges by photoelectric transformation. The charges obtained from the photodiode are transmitted by an electrode. A color filter is positioned on the photodiode. A micro lens(40) is formed on the color filter. The micro lens is made of synthetic resin, and unevenness parts(41) are formed at regular intervals on the curved surface of the micro lens. The unevenness parts are made of one-dimensional stripe type or a two-dimensional lattice type.
