PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of erroneous operations and erroneous signals due to abrasion of a constant-potential terminal or the like.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device comprises: a sensor panel 100 having a photoelectric conversion element section 102, a plurality of wires 103 and a plurality of electric connection parts 122 on a first surface of a substrate 101; a scintillator layer 111 located on the first surface in such a manner that the scintillator layer 111 faces the photoelectric conversion element section 102; a conductive layer 142 that covers the upper surface and a side surface of the scintillator layer 111 and is fixed on the first surface at the periphery of the photoelectric conversion element section 102; a constant-potential terminal 200 that electrically connects the conductive layer 142 to a member having a constant potential; and a resin layer 201 that is located between the sensor panel 100 and the constant-potential terminal 200 among the plurality of electric connection parts 122 on the peripheral area between the area on which the conductive layer 142 is fixed on the first surface and an edge of the substrate 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
