PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drainage of a diffusion layer at a low cost.SOLUTION: A crack generated in a diffusion layer is made large by increasing a ratio of the stored paste solid contents in a bottom part. An increase in the ratio of the paste solid contents in the bottom part is achieved by maturing paste before coating. Drainage of a diffusion layer can be improved at a low cost since the mature can be achieved at a low cost. |
