A light-emitting device disclosed in an embodiment comprises: a body; a plurality of lead frames on the body; a light-emitting chip on at least one of the plurality of lead frames; and a reflective frame arranged on the body and having an opening portion which opens the top portion of the light-emitting chip. The light-emitting chip comprises a first side surface, a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface, and an edge region between the first and second side surfaces. An inner side surface arranged around the opening portion of the reflective frame comprises: a first reflective region adjacent to the first side surface of the light-emitting chip; a second reflective region adjacent to the second side surface of the light-emitting chip; and a third reflective region adjacent to the edge of the light-emitting chip, wherein the slope of the third reflective region has a larger value than the slopes of the first and second reflective regions. |
