PURPOSE: Provided is a device for turning pictures of a signboard variously at a fixed time interval, which can change and repeat more than ten pictures in order, therefore, has a great advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: The device for turning the pictures of the signboard comprises a plurality of groups mounted closely in a row, wherein the group comprises four iron cylindrical sticks(5) fixed vertically to the edges of a rectangle in a main body sash, an iron pipe fitted on the four iron sticks(5) and spun, a thick wide cloth belt(4) covering the iron pipe, a rotary shaft(6) fixed vertically in the center of the group, a toothed wheel(2) fixed on the upper part of the shaft(6), disks(3) fixed to the upper and lower parts of the shaft(6) under the toothed wheel(2), wherein projections(B) are formed around the disk(3) at a fixed interval and inserted in the holes(C) of the belt(4). And the advertisement pictures are changed in order by combining the pieces of the pictures drawn on the belts by moving the belts(4) and the toothed wheels(2) contact with a large wheel(1) having sawteeth partially.
