PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a washer liquid capable of preventing a phenomenon such as steam, even when an air layer is formed on the upper side of the washer liquid.SOLUTION: A heater 3 for a washer liquid comprises: a container 60 for storing the washer liquid; a lid part 40 installed on a first end in the central axis O direction of the container 60 and opposed to a storage space 62 for the washer liquid; heating means 50 having a base end part 51 installed on the lid part 40 and extending toward the storage space 62; and an outflow pipe 70 disposed in the storage space 62 and having an outflow port 72 for making the washer liquid in the storage space 62 flow out. The outflow port 72 is provided between a tip surface 52 of the heating means 50 and a second end on the opposite side of the first end of the container 60. An area for projecting the outflow port 72 on a vertical virtual plane to the central axis O direction of the container 60 and an area for projecting the tip surface 52 of the heating means 50 on a virtual plane, at least partially overlap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
